Should work good
I just purchased this unit for a weekend place on the lake. So far, everything is o.k., but had difficulity removing the 3/4" plugs for side connection. I finally had to use a 48" "cheater" bar to remove the plugs. They must have been installed with impack wrench.

A nice compact unit
I am surprised the unit is only guaranteed for 6 years. That probably means we'll be replacing this water heater again in about 6 years and 1 to 3 months.

I was able to forget it existed for 14 years.
This unit is versatile and easy to install. It operates for about $60 per year and requires nothing from the owner. I just replaced the unit after 14 or 15 years of service from the same model. It was installed in the crawlspace of my house under the bathroom as a booster unit that instantly provides hot water to the bathroom.

Very good durability
I had this same water heater installed 10 years ago. 6 year warranty, lasted 10 years. Can't beat that. So I replaced it with the exact same kind. Hopefully the newer manufactured one will live up to it's predecessor.

It's a Great Product!
I use this in my mobile pet grooming unit and it works great. Keeps the water hot for the majority of the day. Was simple to install and use.
