value,Lowes ext. warranty, recent but great so far This product is all that is reviewed as. Factory temp. setting was low for our need, but easily adjusted. Professional installation recommended, 30 yr.old plumbing needed rerouted.Hopefully this unit last as long as old model. January 21, 2015
water gets hot and doesn't leak I haven't had the product long, but so far the water gets hot and the heater does not leak. January 20, 2015
The product works egood I have only had for about a month and can say this product is in excellent condition for the price I received it at. January 19, 2015
Very straightforward to install. Predictable hardware installation. Plimbing and wiring set in place well. January 18, 2015
Just so-so I bought this to replace an 8 year old craftmaster that was plugged up, wouldn't drain, and we were running out of hot water a bit fast.. I read fairly good reviews and didn't want to blow the budget. All of our other appliances are whirlpool and have had good results. Unpacked and after looking over, noticed that it is made by craftmaster! Hooked it all up and it's working pretty good. I have it set on 140 degrees, but we are still running out of hot water after about three 5-8 minute showers. I have both elements set the same, but it takes a good 30-40 minutes to recover. Overall pretty good buy for the money. January 16, 2015
Good for the money Good product for the money. For less $300 you cant beat it. Assuming electric and water are direct hook ups and no altering should take no more than hour to install. Only thing to keep in mind the electric hook up is a two wire set up with a ground. One ding is the electric box on top of the unit is kind of small. January 16, 2015
Everything is good so far!!! Relativity simple to install, no problems at this time. Quick heat-up of water. Instructions are relativity simple, minimum tools and equipment for installation was all that was needed to complete job! I would recommend this product to family or friends! January 16, 2015
