Easy Installation, Good heat output I converted from a propane water heater to electric. Installation was very easy. I had to extend my water pipes to and from the new water heater because this new heater is shorter. Great warranty. Highly recommended. November 24, 2014
Replaced old with new Had old unit that lasted 10 years and replaced with this one and hope that it will last another 10 years. Got another drain pan and the store helper at lowes had me get a pan that was to small, will be replacing with a bigger one. Over all great unit and am very happy with this brand. November 24, 2014
The porduct is very Good. Easy to install. Very good value. Works great. I would recommend this product to my friends and family. There was no trouble at all with the install and the energy rating should reduce my utility bill over the next year. November 23, 2014
Always reliable Whirlpool has always been my number one choice, Happy #1 November 23, 2014
easy to install works well does the job it took longer to drain the old water heater than to install the new one November 21, 2014
Great buy on excellent water heater I bought this water heater to replace old unit. The water heater was easy to install and heated water in 30 min. It was a great looking heater should last for years. November 20, 2014
I selected this product due ti affordability. So far, so good. I have plenty confidence on Whirlpool products. Good workmanship. November 18, 2014
great buy for the money great price lower than any other unit I could find . the install was very easy and the unit was an upgrade from the original unit . very simple install took about 1 hour from start to hot water. November 17, 2014
No frills but great for the money Same MAIN manufacturer as our old unit which lasted over 20 years. Installed easily. Came with heat trap water fittings preinstalled and water line insulation kit. Old water heater had red light on side to let you know if water temperature was correct. This unit doesn't have a feature like that. We did have HOT! water within 40 minutes of powering up unit. Old model water heater had 3500 watt heating elements. This and MOST newer models have 4500 watt or bigger. I needed to upgrade my breaker from 20 amp to 30 amp. Wiring will also need to be 10/2 gauge. November 16, 2014
Great unit for a great price Very impressed with this unit. Not only was it affordable, it was a simple and quick to install. The hot water pressure on this new unit was as good as the water heater it replaced. I am extremely satisfied with this product. November 15, 2014
