great value for the money, easy install Easy to install, quiet operating unit .This electric unit is to replace an older gas unit.So far so good. October 15, 2014
works very well easy install. so far so good. been in a month with no problems October 12, 2014
GO GET ONE OF THESE ANREADY!!!! We are a family of six, install was a breeze (used gatorbite braided cables) with the gators it does not matter what kind of pipe you have. it is like screwing on a water hose on one end and pushing the other on your pipe no glueing or sweating. on the tank it has a strong appearance of quality it is a little bigger than the 40 gallon it replaced. the reduced water pressure others have reviewed about was not an issue with our tank. we actually gained more water pressure on the hot side than we had I do not know if it was from using the gatorbites. we have not changed the factory setting on the tank when we have the dishwasher,h.e.washing machine running the kids can take a bath back to back and my wife and I still have hot water. if you are on the fence about this tank do not even waste your time looking for a better deal this is a true bargain. p.s. we have owned a few whirlpool products and I have never been let down. Easy Install very easy to install. hopefully the product performs as well as other whirlpool appliances.. October 11, 2014
This unit is easy to install Before buying the water heater; I was impressed with the blogs comenting on the few warrenty issues with them being so close to their warrenty expiration date. It shows the company stands behind their quality broducts. The water heater easily replaced the one I took out. Its working great. October 10, 2014
Long lasting for the value Purchased the same model for a replacement. Old water heater lasted over 10 years, and started to leak. Good value for the money. October 9, 2014

Excellent Excellent and good quality. Water is hot enough. I do not do installation though so I do not know if it is difficult or not to install. October 7, 2014
Love the looks Has only been installed a few days but so far its working just fine. We purchased it because of price but was told by a plumber they are not reliable. But thought we would give it a try. I'm sure hoping they are wrong. Thank you for pricing it at a reasonable price. Will let you if ant problems arise. October 6, 2014
Easy install, Reliable First time in 6 years we can count on hot water when we need it. Water Heater that came with house (newly built) was unreliable. October 6, 2014
