Reliable brand and great product
I've purchased Whirlpool appliances in the past and have had excelent results. I think that I will have the same results from this water heater. Whirlpool products are very reliable.

It's a water heater and it heats water.
It took longer to get the old one out than it took to install the new one. After filling and checking for leaks I flipped the breaker on and had hot water in no time. The only beef I have is that it has a restriction, obviously for water conservation, but I already have low water pressure from a well so I wish I could remove the restriction.

very easy to install
The only issue with the installation was in using pipe joint compound on the female pex fittings. When i used pipe joint compound, it didn't seal. The supply and the hot line leaked. I then used pipe tape which worked great.

Very affordable unit and was recommended by several friends, one of which is a plumber.
Fast heating of water compared to previous one installed in new house only 6 years ago that failed in many areas.
