Easy installation and start up
I found this product easy to install and it heated the water within 10-minutes of installation!!! Nice water heater at a fair price.

Works OK but poor reliability
Bought one of this in 2010 and it lasted less than 4 years before rusting out and leaking. Exchanged it under warranty at my local home improvement store. This heater certainly doesn't live up to what I thought were Whirlpool's high quality standards.

Good under sink size
Fits easily under the kitchen sink cabinets. Provides adequate hot water for washing dishes, dishwasher, etc. Easy to use top access connections for water and electric. Make sure to use a pan... my first unit leaked from the lower side connection.

Installed easily; heats well
Acquired heater to overcome long waits for hot water because of long feed line. Does the job we expected.

Second time around.
Bought small heater to fit under sink and out of sight in garage. Professionally installed but found leaking after 2 months. Reinstalled attempting to fix leaks. One week later leaking again and did reinstallment again. Would not stop leaking so returned for a new unit. Not leaking at this time and hopefully be happy with this one.

The product works great
Works great, I am pleased to have installed this heater. We have an on demand and it took for ever to get to the kitched sink. We now have hot water fast!!!

Great for area with no hot water
I put this unit in the kitchen under the sink.
Hot water now! It is great. It's big enough for using with the dishwater if you want.
The plumber who put our original water lines in screwed up, the water has to travel to all the rest of the house before it got to the kitchen, so if you wanted hot water you had to waste 6 or more gallons to get warm water. The pipes are under the concrete floor so too expensive to correct.
This little water heater was just the ticket.
Very happy with it.
