Only Choice We Had In Selecting a Waterheater 18 inches wide!
Last two waterheaters were 18 inches with a 40 gallon capacity. We had to settle for a 30-gallon, 18 inches wide, due to the space and how the connections were installed in the house. Otherwise, a wider waterheater would have required us to hire a plumber to move the house connection for the T&P Relief Valve. We paid more for a 30-gallon WH and the 40 gal was cheaper but too wide.

This was installed by a plumber in 30 minutes. Easy install. Fast recovery.

Gets hot quickly.
Within 3 hours of purchasing it was installed and running. My old hot water heater gave out just days before I was to receive guests so it was a blessing to have a product installed and ready to go in minutes. Thanks to Lowes and Whirlpool for the great product.

installed easly in small closet w/o difficulty
The water heater is installed in a bathroom closet of a 40 X 60 ft garage with radiant heating. This fit pefectly in the bathroom closet as the garage has a full bath( shower ,toilet and sink )The bathroom area is 8ft X 10 ft . This uni was perfect for the price and ease of instillation

Good value.
This product is a good value for the comparable water heaters available. So far, it has been very realiable with no problems. I haven't gotten a new water bill yet since my installation, so I am looking forward to see if my costs are reduced. It was relatively easy to install once I got all of the right parts that I needed. I would recommend this product.

Easy installation
I was in a pinch and a local home improvement store had your water heater. I had a licensed plumber install it and it was so easy.
