It's a water heater I have only had the unit for five days, so I really can not say anything about it other than it looks nice. February 24, 2015
Easy to install The product was easy to install, my contractor had it installed within an hour. The thermostats are easy to get to in case they need adjustments. February 18, 2015
Excellent This is an excellent water heater. Good price with great value!!!!! I was very surprised at its low cost considering I expected to pay more. February 12, 2015
great, QUIET product! I am not a professional at this line of work, but I have installed a couple of water heaters in my time. I moved into this house about a year and a half ago. The old HWH was very noisy, and well, just plain old. It was not a Whirlpool. I saw a flash coming from the HWH closet yesterday morning, opened the closet and smelled burnt wiring. I decided to replace the old HWH due to age and lack of maintenance. I noticed the power cord wiring was burnt completely in two. When I completed the installation I got nothing! I checked the breaker and noticed it was tripped, so I reengaged the breaker. I checked the HWH, I was rather upset because I did not hear any sound at all...NOTHING!! I was looking up electricians in the phone book because I thought something was wrong with the breaker or wiring. After a few minutes my wife checked the water, and it was hot!! This HWH is so VERY quiet I thought it was not working at all!! I'm going to enjoy the quiet!! February 11, 2015
Heater was easy to install This 38 gal. water heater was easy to install. It also looks great I love the blue and white colors. The only problem I had with the product was the threads on the hot water side seemed to be really hard to get the male adapter screwed in.But I used alot of thread sealant and was able to avoid a leak. Thank you for helping me to stay married because my wife can take a hot shower now. Peace out. February 10, 2015
so far so good replaced a 25 yr old with this one hope it last as long February 5, 2015
Leaks I wish this unit would last a little longer than just enough to be out of warranty. After 6.5 years it leaked, my last heater lasted 13.5 years, different brand. I guess I can keep my fingers crossed on this one. January 31, 2015
Hopefully will heat water. Just now installing The water heater that is being replaced lasted 23 years. It was a counter style water heater. I hope this one last that long. The new one is smaller and not a counter top. It could of had more gallons if it was a little bigger and still fit in the space it is. January 26, 2015
great product It was very easy to install and seems to work great. January 19, 2015
