This product is easy to install and works great! My last water heater was the same Whirpool water heater but it started spilling water every where on the basement floor one month after moving into my new home. The previous owners neglected to care for it or soften the water going through it. The water heater clogged up with lime and half of the heating element died. Even though the previous water heater was a whirpool that spilled water every where......it was 12 years old. However, this new water heater was easy to install and began to heat the water in no time! I would totally recommend this product. If cared for correctly this product has potential to last a long time. November 16, 2012
Had the features I wanted. (Wanted few bells and whistles) This unit was replacing a water heater that was over 30 years old. It went in with minimal changes which is what I wanted. It has only been in for a few days and I am hopeful that it will continue to provide years of service. March 23, 2015
Good price, easy installation Our last water heater was not Whirlpool, but when new one was taken out of the box, it looked identical, but another name. it had lasted us over 20 years, never a problem with it. Hope this one lasts as long. A plumber replaced it. March 23, 2015

Great product I bought this water heater to replace an identical one that lasted well beyond it's designed lifetime. It's a great value. It will give you years of trouble free service, especially if you care for it as instructed. Installation by a moderately skilled DIY'r is a breeze. I highly recommend this product. March 21, 2015
product has great features and service for three years Water heater element has expired and we do not have hot water. We would appreciate your assistance as soon as possible. Thank you James Schuler March 21, 2015
Overall Best Can't say a lot. I have not had it long enough yet. Don't know about the electric bill yet. March 20, 2015
fits comfortable fits nicely in my basement with proper drainage and the ease that the plumber had installation. Added a expansion tank to be up to government county code. March 19, 2015
Longevity I replaced my Whirlpool hot water heater with this more efficient Whirlpool. The one I replaced worked fine but it was 22 years old! Not a bad track record. March 18, 2015
