This product is easy to install and works great! My last water heater was the same Whirpool water heater but it started spilling water every where on the basement floor one month after moving into my new home. The previous owners neglected to care for it or soften the water going through it. The water heater clogged up with lime and half of the heating element died. Even though the previous water heater was a whirpool that spilled water every where......it was 12 years old. However, this new water heater was easy to install and began to heat the water in no time! I would totally recommend this product. If cared for correctly this product has potential to last a long time. November 16, 2012
great price best priced electric hot water heater on the market today April 22, 2014
Piece Of Cake :-) After conducting an exhausting search for an electric water heater, I found this product to be one of the few viable options for my particular application. The price on this unit was just awesome, reduced from just under $300.00 to just over $200.00, it's a steal of a deal. Installation was done in under an hour, not counting the removal of the old tank, and was about as easy as can be. I've installed a couple of gas water heaters in the past and this was way simpler, if you can use a screwdriver and a wrench then save yourself the money on a "contractor," one can do this oneself! Maintenance appears straight forward, easy and doesn't need to be performed more than twice a year, tops! If this product holds up like the last one did, I don't see where one can go wrong here, two thumbs up! I would have check all of the "Pros" boxes and since I've only had it for one day, I checked the appropriate ones. April 22, 2014
great product I am very satisfied with this purchase. I would recommend this product April 22, 2014
After having Waterheater installed it would not come on. Thermostat was bad on heater. Contractor took it off and took it back to store where it was bought. They replaced it but it cost me 1 hour extra pay for the contractor. I am not happy over this. I thought you checked everything out before shipping out. April 22, 2014
Great Product So Far Only been installed nine days - installation no problem and lots of hot water April 22, 2014
Great design features I watched the Contractor install this product...He arrived at 7:55 and completed the installation at 8:47. He had one helper to assist. Could not believe the time it took for the installation. April 22, 2014
very easy to install... very good product from a trusting company... easy to install... April 20, 2014
The features of this unit are great. This water heater is great. It heated the water very quick. I did increase the heat temperature to the140 degrees as instruction stated that I could. My wife and I are the only ones living in this house, so I did not believe it would be dangerous on hurting someone. April 20, 2014
affordable My hot water heater is upstairs. it was a job getting it up the stairs and in the tight fitting closet. I plumbed it in, allowed two hours for the glue to cure and turned the water on just to have the drain valve leak after it was full. I should have returned it but I would have to lug another one up the stairs. I had to cut the water lines loose to turn it enough to replace the drain valve. After re plumbing it and wiring it up, it seems to work fine. Just one of the side effects of cutting cost. April 19, 2014
