This product is easy to install and works great!
My last water heater was the same Whirpool water heater but it started spilling water every where on the basement floor one month after moving into my new home. The previous owners neglected to care for it or soften the water going through it. The water heater clogged up with lime and half of the heating element died. Even though the previous water heater was a whirpool that spilled water every where......it was 12 years old. However, this new water heater was easy to install and began to heat the water in no time! I would totally recommend this product. If cared for correctly this product has potential to last a long time.

GOOD FEATURES

Does what it was purchased for. Makes water HOT!!
Looks like a hot water heater, acts like a hot water heater, makes water hot. Must be a Hot Water Heater. Hoorah. Don't miss your water until the well runs dry. Don't miss Hot water until hot water running all over floor. Not nice.

This product has great features
This water holes more water than my old heater, is smaller in weight and taller in height and fit well in my laundry room. The water is hotter and hot water don't run out.

Solved our problems
When we purchased the new water heater, we were replacing a dinosaur, so we are pleased to have an energy efficient one. Unfortunately, we had to spend more than we anticipated. I researched online before buying and I got what I thought I purchased at the store, but when it was delivered it was not the one I ordered. The installer, hired by the store, informed me he could not install, by law, a water heater with a larger capacity than the one removed and we needed several new valves, etc. which increased the cost to nearly twice as much as anticipated. The water hearter I had ordered was more what I wanted, but not being familiar with the regulations of installation, I just let him install it, since ours was a huge problem. Well, turns out I do like it, even if the purchase and installation was more complicated and expensive than expected.

Good product from Whirlpool, I like it! It only take about 30 minutes to install, and the instruction is easy to follow up by most people.

Great heater for the price
We have rental properties and when a tenant is out of water, no one is happy. This water heater is dependable and the customer service provided by Whirlpool is awesome!

Ease of installation
I like the product but was disappointed that the pressure relief valve was not plumb with the heater. I dare not turn it so the pipe to the catch basin is on an angle. The product has mechanical quality but assembly quality should be addressed.

Very easy to install and good features!
I have owned ( and still own) several Whirlpool appliances, and I know I can trust them! Even though I just bought the water heater, I have already experienced a better quality than the one I had (not a Whirlpool). The temperature is better kept, and the thermometer/elements are easily accessable!
