this water heater was very easy to install.
the instructions were clear, and easy to understand.I followed the instructions and it took no time at all to get it hooked up. (actually took more time to drain the old tank than to install the new one)

Too new to rate
Only installed 2 weeks ago. Too soon to rate. As far as I can tell, there are no instructions on how to adjust the thermostat in the manual that came with it. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough.

Very easy product to install.
The water heater took very little time to install & after waiting the recommended time before use, the water was a perfect temp & has been running smoothly.

Easy installation, electric water heaters always are though.
I only wish the blow off valve were top mounted as my old unit was.

Looks like a great product
I have had this water heater for less than one week. So far it appears to be performing nicely like my previous water heater, if not better. However, it is too soon to determine its effect on our energy bill.

Good product for the money...Made in the USA
A good value for the money and it's made in America......I have PVC plumbing in my house and I don't suggest using the "push together" fittings that the stores sell......They some times don't hold. I recommend the compression fittings. They are reliable and easy to use. Use pipe thread compound rather than teflon tape; it seals much better. If you are lucky enough to have copper piping sweating all the fitting is the way to go.
