This product has the most bang for the buck. Very easy to install This product has been reliable and was very easy to install. Completed project in three hours. That included removing the old one. May 15, 2013

good capacity. Handles a family of 5-6 with ease unless you fill up a 50 gallon jacuzzi tub when everybody else wants to shower. March 1, 2013
doesn't work hasn't worked since it was installed. i am very disappointed. February 28, 2013
Quality control needs improvement Overall the product was of good quality and a competitive price. However, there were foam insulation smudges around the pressure relief valve penetration and a couple of small scratches on the top of the unit. Given that this is a water heater that sits in the basement utility room, it is not a big deal but still I did not expect to see the deficiencies. I was present when the carton was opened and the scratches were pointed out to me before installation started. February 11, 2013
only one problem so far, The next day after the installation, the water was not hot enough to use in the hot tub. (During installation, I asked the plumber if he set the temp settings on the thermal elements and he said they were set at the factory and didn't check them. ) I called the store and compllained. they sent another person out to look at the heater and he found that the temp settings were much too low. He reset the settings and it has worked well since. Should the setting be set at the factory? ~100degrees February 8, 2013
very good water heater This water heater replaces one of same model in use for 11 years. February 5, 2013
great service when there is a problem I moved into my new home roughly 3 years ago.The whirlpool water heater developed a leak that was from the inside of the tank at the top of it. It was leaking at the cold water connection but was not the connection piece. I was disappointed since the water heater was only 3 years old. I was happy with the service person I called to get it taken care of. She gave me an authorization number and I was able to replace the unit the next day. I still have to check to see if they will help with covering any of the installation cost. February 3, 2013
Easy to install Appears to be a well made product. The fact that it is made in the USA is a huge plus. Very glad to see that we are producing great products. January 12, 2013
