Install was easy with no surprises Instructions were clear even down to getting the unit out of the box quickly, and you know water heaters always quit at the worst times. You can't beat the reliability of a product made in the USA . April 12, 2014

Easy installation Quiet operation Replaced a 3 year old waterheater of a different brand. Old heater was 40 gal. and a lot taller. Had to replace inlet and outlet flex lines but no other issues. Purged air out of heater and turned on. Had hot water within 30 minutes. This unit is a lot quieter than old one. Hope it lasts longer than the old one April 3, 2014
This unit is for a rental property and seems to be a good choice. We were concerned about the overflow spout ...but other units looked the same. Our plumber had it installed in a jif even though it was a replacement for a gas unit. Can't comment on the electric efficiency at this time. After a few months, we will see if I recommend this unit. It did heat water quickly. March 27, 2014
