Very nice looking product.
I needed a new hot water heater so I went to Lowes and looked at their hot water heaters and after comparing a few different models I decided on getting a 50 Gallon Capacity heater with two inches of insulation instead of one inch of insulation. I was also very satisfied that it came with a 9 year warranty. Some other features were self cleaning heater elements and quick recovery. It was also a very attractive model and was very easy to install.

The Product is impressive in performance
I felt immediately the impact of new water heater as I got more flow and real hot water even the setting was below than old water heater which was over 10 years.

Ease of installation
So far so good. Water heats well to the temperature desired.
Hopefully, it will continue to serve us well, for many years.

Product installation was easy but hot water cools fast
The heater installation was great but it seems the temperature of the water cools after 6 minutes and when second person goes to take shower water is cooled and needs to be adjusted. Im not sure if its the temperature set from the factory or if turning the water up would solve the problem. I do have grandchildren who come occasionally and dont want the start of the water first time to scald them. It was installed according to instructions with heat traps installed and Im wondering they have something to do with water recovery.
