Very simple This was very easy to install with common tools and fittings. It's been in for 6 months and I have not had any problems at all February 22, 2015
Excellent featrures, except pressure relief should be on top. This is the second Whirlpool heater I have installed. Was easy to install, but the pressure valve should be installed initially on top, or make it easier to change. February 21, 2015
I would recommend this unit! I am not and electrician or a plumber and I spent more time draining the old unit than I did replacing it! After flushing and filling new unit, water was hot in 2 hours! I also purchased the necessary hardware separately instead of a kit for a top quality install. February 15, 2015
Easy Installation This is a replacement for the exact model that lasted 12 years in a hard water environment. Because this model is still in production, the installation was a snap ... all connections were in the right place. February 9, 2015
Repairs too fast Had less than 6 months and element needs replacing already. Disappointed! February 5, 2015
Good value for the price I have only had this unit a couple of days, It has worked fine so far. My last water heater was a 6 yr whirlpool that lasted 14 yrs January 31, 2015
alot of hot water for the money easy install however I did purchase a water heater stand with wall bracket since it is now code in my county other perfect so far January 30, 2015
I bought for the 9 year warrenty and brand name It was easy to install, my level of plumbing is I've replaced several toilets and faucets, I was a bit leary but glad I did it. Was a breeze to put in. January 29, 2015
Just installed this water heater.. Hoping it will last more than the twelve years it is warranted for..! Hoping this lasts for more than the 12 years it is supposed to.. The last one I had lasted 6 years and 6 months.. It was guaranteed for 6 years so paid a lot more for one that has double the guaranty and hoping it lasts at least twice as long as the one I just replaced... January 28, 2015
OK so far Using flexible, non solder connectors, installation was quick and easy. Unit is a typical standard unit without any electronics so it is the same as the unit it replaced. This is only day two. There are no leaks and the water is hot...so all is good. January 16, 2015
