It was easy to install, to early to rate as to the output and reliablty The price was right , it was easy to handle and install and it meets my needs April 2, 2015
Great water heater! Works great and very easy to install! Thought I might run into trouble when I had to shorten the existing CPVC pipes to connect the water heater, but turned out to be an easy job when I studied up on the procedure to do it. March 26, 2015
Easy installation Replaced the exact same model in my mobile home, less than an hour job. Actually took longer to drain than to unhook the old one and install the replacement. Plenty of time to enjoy the rest of my day. :) March 14, 2015
Replacing an identical unit Replacing an identical unit that lasted about 10 years March 10, 2015
Great Value and easy to install It is very easy to install and you only need a few tools to do the job. There is only two hoses' that need to come off which are the hot and the cold and you have to power and ground wire's to disconnect. You will need a screwdriver, monkey wrench, and pliers. It will take you about 30 minutes to install and you should be back in hot water in about an hour. There is nothing like soaking in an hot tub after a long day's work. March 1, 2015
I FEEL THAT THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT, EASY TO INSTALL THIS WATER HEATER IS SO MUCH MORE EFFICIENT THAN OUR OLD ONE .IT WAS A SINGLE ELEMENT 30 GALLON SHORTY AND THE THE THERMOSTAT WAS SO BAD AS WAS THE ELEMENT,THE LIME CONTENT JUST BUILT UP THAT BAD THE ELEMENT COULD NOT BE REPLACED. OUR ELECTRIC BILLS WERE THROUGH THE ROOF. I'M SURE THAT THIS ONE WILL FAR SURPASS THE OLD ONE. February 26, 2015
very easy to install Took no time to do, me and my husband had the old one out and the new one hooked up and going less than an hour. Very satisfied February 17, 2015

Easy to install. Just installed this water heater last week, so it is working good now. It was easy to install and fixtures were well accessible. January 25, 2015
Old water heater broke So I did some quick research and found this one at my local Lowe's. Love the brand, really love the warranty. Loaded it into my truck, and the installation was easy. Light enough for me to carry alone. Needed to buy some extra piping, but the install was easy enough. January 20, 2015
