THE SENSOR LIGHT IS WONDERFUL, YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE THE DOOR OFF TO LOOK AT THE PILOT LIGHT. ITS WONDERFUL..

simply quit working
I purchased this hot water heater on November 15, 2012, had it installed on December 15, 2012 & by December 31, 2012 it had stopped working completely!!!

The lighting process after installartion was great.
I just got this thing installed. It hasn't heated the first tank. So farn everything hasbeen great.

Good quality and good features
Excellent quality overall. I am very impressed with the gas control valve and thermostat unit. Simple to use and provides feedback to me, the user.

bottom filter requires some improvement
Although I thought the use of the bottom filter was a good idea, I don't believe the designers tested this enough. The filter does not fit the bottom of the 30 gallon tank. Although I tried all sorts of fits, I just could not make it fit. Someone really needs to try fitting this on the 30 gallon tank. Your company is not the only one who has this type of problem. Many other groups simply must not try their features before they send them out to the public. For nearly $500, I don't want to be your test bed.
