Works like a champ
Came with very clear instructions. Easily installed in place of 25 year old bradford white water heater. All the connections lined up well. Bought one of those installation kits at lowes and it made installing it a snap. Lighting it is very easy compared to old one. It fired right up and heated the tankful in about an hour. . It looks good and appears to be of good quality. Hope it lasts as long as old one. Only criticism is the burner is definiotely noisier than the old one but is not audible in our house.

ENERGY EFFICIENT
Since installing this water heater our gas bill has been reduced by about 30% over our older model. We just had it installed now for a few months so the verdict is still pending on its overall life time performance

I have never heard a waterheater that was so loud.. It roars but heats the the water.. other than that seems to be a waterheater

TO EARLY TO SAY
As I had installed my first LP gas water heater 9 years ago with threaded connections the installation was easy. I am thankful that I had installed a Drip Pan with drain which saved my floor and the new heater was easily lifted by 2 people.
It took less than a minute to light the heater without all the problems the older systems had. The burner immediately came on.
The only down side was that you had to literally place the side of your face on the floor in order to see that the pilot light was lit when starting the unit the first time.
If the unit continues to function as it has for the last 3 days this unit is a winner and the electronic system makes life easy. A friendly safety warning! KEEP THE THERMOSTATE BETWEEN HOT AND “A”
